Families of Faith

Family Faith Formation sessions are held twice a month on Sunday mornings. This includes but is not limited to, Communion Preparation. It is designed to support parents, guardians, and families in raising children in faith throughout their elementary years. It is also intended to enrich the faith life of adult family members as we all strive to become disciples of Jesus. We meet twice a month, and in the in-between weeks, materials will be provided for at-home sharing and learning.

First Communion preparation is a two-year process within our Families of Faith. The earliest it can begin is when a child is in 1st grade; a child at any grade level beyond 1st may also begin. Once the young person has entered high school, individual needs will be assessed, which can be done in conjunction with confirmation preparation.
